What to expect:

This 4 hour course is intended to provide advanced clinicians with objective methods of evaluating bladder function through bladder dairy analysis. Norms for urinary frequency, volume, and nocturia will be discussed based on patient’s age, gender, and fluid intake. Mathematical calculations of measured volume diaries can be used to determine global polyuria, nocturnal polyuria, small volume bladder, and other conditions. Understanding bladder diary results is essential in creating effective treatment plans for patients with pelvic floor dysfunction. Interactive format will be used to learn analysis and assessment techniques. This course will not include all forms of bladder training or other types of pelvic floor rehabilitation.

What will you learn?
