What can I expect?

Dr. Michael Hibner presents an amazing webinar with lots of videos and pictures about pudendal neuralgia and entrapment cases and shares his surgeon's perspective about managing pelvic pain in general. He also goes over all the conservative treatments he considers first in his office and with pelvic health therapists before opting for surgery and discusses botox, stem cell injections, pelvic therapy, and other conservative treatments.

He shares information on the mechanism of pudendal injury or entrapment from different types of surgeries (hysterectomy, prolapse surgeries, mesh, birthing with forceps/vacuum) and discusses trends in pudendal neuralgia management (cryoablation, hydrodissection, nerve stimulators, bilateral decompression, etc.).

This webinar also includes a full video of a real transgluteal decompression surgery, including an explanation of the various procedures and tools used.

What people are saying:

I'll definitely be changing the way that I practice and the way I think about pudendal issues after this talk!
The collaborative approach with pelvic PT that Dr. Hibner refers to so frequently in this talk was refreshing and so a good reminder of how we all work together for these chronic pelvic pain patients.
I love that as a member of GPHAM all of these amazing webinars are brought to us and we're given the ability to ask questions in real time with these profesionals. This was a great one! Thank you Tracy and Michael!
